Use your account
If you already activated an account, use LendingPad’s account sign-in option. Your loan number is normally in the email sent when your application was created.
Follow up on progress
Review the information available for your file in LendingPad. For a processing, underwriting, approval, or closing update, contact Mr Sam. Available borrower updates depend on your loan and portal setup.
An existing loan must be connected to your borrower access. Contact Mr Sam if you need your loan number or help accessing the file. A loan-stage dashboard has not been verified for this Capital Crest account.
